We are looking for a QA Engineer who is passionate about quality and continuous improvement. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and usability of our products across web and mobile platforms. As part of a cross-functional team, you’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to define, implement, and execute test strategies that ensure a high standard of software quality.

• Collaborate with product and development teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test plans.
• Design and execute test cases based on use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications across different devices and browsers.
• Validate APIs using tools like Postman and Swagger.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools such as JIRA.
• Participate in sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives as an active QA team member.
• Support automation testing efforts by creating and maintaining reusable test scenarios.
• Validate system behavior across various environments (staging, pre-prod, prod).
• Ensure proper test data setup and manage test environments.
• Collaborate with developers during bug triage and regression cycles.

Tələblər:

• 3+ years of experience in software QA, preferably in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong understanding of QA processes, testing methodologies, and SDLC.
• Hands-on experience with web and mobile application testing.
• Experience in REST API validation using Postman or similar tools.
• Familiarity with browser dev tools and network inspection for debugging purposes.
• Solid skills in writing clear and concise bug reports and test documentation.
• Basic SQL knowledge for data validation and database testing.
• Experience with test management tools such as TestRail or Zephyr.
• Working knowledge of bug tracking and version control tools (e.g., JIRA, Git).
